Conducted a global audit of a streaming platform's 380-page social ecosystem — delivering competitive benchmarking, audience analysis, and a strategic growth roadmap across a 163M-follower network.
Scope of Work
Evaluated the full structure and performance of a 380-page global social ecosystem, spanning regional brand pages, title/IP franchises, and ancillary channels across gaming, merchandise, and events. Performance analysis identified that main brand accounts drove the highest total engagement on Instagram and YouTube, while title/IP pages generated outsized follower volume on Facebook and Twitter — with 1.7–2.8× more engagement per post on main and title pages than ancillary channels.
Competitive benchmarking compared the brand's social footprint against audience competitors, platform competitors, and title/IP franchise competitors. Audience analysis revealed the social audience was younger, more female, and more diverse than the population driving online conversation about the brand — with female audiences aged 13–24 identified as a key growth segment.
